Throughout life there will be times that seem to overwhelm you. This could be due to things that happen to you or a loved one personally, or just from hearing to much bad news day after day. The good news is that you have a choice to tune into things that will uplift your spirits. For me I sometimes unwind with YouTube gospel videos, sometimes the Anthony Hamilton iheart radio station. Other times I just reflect on how blessed I am that God allowed me to get free from drugs and alcohol find my wife. Next to the price Jesus paid for my sins, my wife is the best thing to happen to me.
